I mean, I want to mow my lawn but need to remove the snow first.
Also, does any clothing store sell mukluks or galoshes in mid-April?

I hear ya. I was all ready to go too, but 8 inches of global warming snow in April kind of put a halt on that

Before you buy from a box store, as them these questions. Do you have parts on hand? Can you service them on site? If I have a warranty issue do I bring it here? Myself being an independent dealer, I can say yes, yes, and right here. I sell Simplicity and Snapper, and I service what I sell, and have many things the box stores can't offer. If you but a John Deere from a box store they will send you to a dealer for any service. If that is the case, then why not buy from the dealer in the first place? I would be willing to put a Simplicity and a Snapper up against any of the other brands. They may cost more, but they are not built for a life of only 250 hours like the low end John Deere. Husqvarna makes the Sears mowers. The tractor is good, but the deck leave much to be desired. Cub Cadet is made by MTD, nuff said.

I know that John Deere makes such an attachment and it would really surprise me if Toro and Cub Cadet did not. The trick will be finding one of these attachments in a store. Most have been sent to a warehouse for the season or sold.

For your mukluks or galoshes, try a farm supply store. If they do not have these items they will have similar items.

I have a John Deere. There is a snow thrower available for it.

I don't think any clothing stores sell mukluks or galoshes after 1968.

Do the Deere. They last forever and never go out of style.
