Homer Simpson would win even though he would be full of duff beer, which would make him numb from feeling the light saber. He wouldn't be trying to win, but somewhere along the way, he would get a hole in one and Tiger would be so upset, he'd retire and become a monk. Darth Vader would eventually be annihilated by Homer, who accidently picks up the light saber, thinking it's a big sausage, and he would cut off Darth's other arm......and head when he swung back around. And so it goes.

Homer willl knock Darth Vader out with his primal rage and Tiger Woods will probably be runing away in the 2007 Buick.

So, what are you asking? Who would win in a three-way brawl among those guys?
I think Tiger (don't get me wrong, I love the guy) would be pulverized pretty quickly. He's got skills (it could also be spelled "skilz"), but he would quickly succumb to the power of the Dark Side.
And Homer Simpson, despite his ineptitude, usually manages to come out on top, albeit by accident. So, the real battle would be between Homer and Vader.
I'd pay to see that.
