I think they should and always wondered what they would be about since they say he wrote the whole saga out long ago. I found this page that has the stories written by Lucas
http://www.supershadow.com/starwars/episode7/plot.html

actually i hope if he ever gets 7-9 off the ground he goes back to plan A.

"Heir to the Empire"
"The (something) fleet"
"The Last Command"

book series.

its 5 years after Jedi, and Leia and han are married and are expecting their first child. Luke is trying to reorganize the last remaints of the jedi. (and rebuild it)

But in the center of the galaxy around the still imperial Coroscaunt, the remaints of the empire have found a new leader. Admirl Thrawn. a creature with deep blue skin and red blazing eyes has brought the remaints of the impire back together and strong.

He also has rediscovered some cloning machines ona planet controlled by a ancient jedi master, and is using them to prepare a fleet that the new republic might not be able to stop once operational.

As Thrawn and his new empire attak the unready barely new New Republic, Luke must discovere new allies and defeat some of the worst enemies ever.

I think this even introduced Mara Jade.

No, simply because it would conflict with the books. Plus, none of the main actors aged very well and I hate when they switch actors (sorry, but true).

Sure, as long as he lets someone who can actually write dialogue do the writing of it. He can direct and set the story up, but please no dialogue!
