I think its supposed to be titled "Inkdeath"

i think its originally called inkdawn..and cornelia funke said herself(not to me duh)that the book will *** out in 2008,around spring

The paperback version of Inkspell came out this month, so it will probably be a little while. Amazon has no preorder available and my library has not put in an order for yet either. It seems that generally it takes about a year after the paperback comes out for the next in a series to come out, but there are exceptions.

Inkspell just came out on April 2007 so the next one probably won't be out until late 2008 or early 2009 ... but there could always be problems which will make it even later than that.
