clementine book?

Trying to find a book I read about 15 years ago. I can't remember the title, just that it was about a girl that I believe went back to the 1900's to find out about missing children. All the boy's names started with A, it was in the northeast US, the mother had miscarriages and it had the song "oh my darling clementine" having to do with the missing girl/sister.
