If plucking removed it permanently, I would not have needed electrolysis!
As for the shape take only a few hairs at a time as you shape them. It is so easy to over pluck!

At home tweezing- using a eyebrow brush, brush your hair up. Using the tweezers start at the outer part of the brow and only pluck the hairs at the bottom and work your way inwards. You can start and the bottom and work your way upwards depending upon how thin you want your eyebrows. If that doesn't work just go to a professional at a salon and they should be able to achieve the look you want for about $10. Happy Tweezing !

No, when you tweeze your eyebrows, usually the hair will grow back in about 1 to 3 weeks. So if you mess up, it will probably just look like that for a while then start to thicken back up. Also to make your eyebrows look angular, make the part closer in to your nose a little thicker and the thin them out as you go farther out.

Eyebrow hair grows back slowly. Sometimes, brow hairs do not grow back after being plucked because the follicle is weakened.

It does eventually, but takes years of plucking
look at magazzines and see where you should do the angle, remember not to pluck too much in one day, do it slowly or youll regret if if you make a mistake.
Take a look at this:
