It doesn't have one. Scandium was named by its Swedish discoverer for Scandinavia.

Scandium comes from the Latin "Scandia" meaning Scandinavia.

Scandium doesn't have a Latin name per se because scandium wasn't discovered during the period when people spoke Latin. It wasn't found until 1879 and wasn't isolated until 1937.
