Why is it that a white man, be he Irish, German, Swiss or whatever shows pride in his race then HE is labeled racist? Why is this OK for other populations to do? Latino pride, Black pride and yet if someone were to wear a shirt saying White pride then they are made out to be KKK which of course, is NOT a group that I want to be identified with. I ASK OUT OF CURIOSITY ONLY

ok, the thing is, you have a pride thing when you feel oppressed being a minority, to comfort those of yours to be proud of themselves, to remind them of how important they are in a society that is dominantly different from them... which explain the Latino pride, Black pride, LGBT pride... there is not such thing as Straight pride since they are the dominant one in the society and are somehow the one oppressing the others, same thing with White pride (I don't generalize though, it's not everybody in those 2 categories that oppresses the minorities, but there is a significantly majority that does it through stereotyping and name calling, etc.)...

I guess it has to do with history. Back when the white people thought they were the superior race.But seriously its time to let what happened in the past stay in the past . the majority of white people these days are not racist and people of other races should give us a break and drop the issue of racism .

I cannot understand that either. Just like the N word...just because they say it different it is ok to say..NOT... I am who I am and yes I am proud to be white....to those who cry prejudice all the time well then what I have to say is this....do not wear anything that says anything to do with your race.... and one more thing...I am not prejudice but i am so tired of hearing about how we mistreated the colored race...first of all I didn't mistreat anyone that happened way before my time...the next time I hear it this will be my advise to whom ever says it....the boat goes both ways yes they brought you here..now is your chance to go back .No one is keeping you here now......
