I am calm, because I know that if God sees me TO a situation, storm, test, or trial, God will surely see me THROUGH as well. God always has, and God always will. Also, I cannot easily lose my patience, remembering that God has made patience a virtue.

Usually. My insane family has a habit of drawing it out of me though. My therapist told me to stay away from them. I don't do well in stressful situations or conflicts. I do have memories of many who have died though. The blood was pouring out of the windows. It was like the Mayan or Aztec temples. Oh yeah, I'm delusional too but, who isn't?

I'm calm six days a week, twenty four hours in between I do get antsy.

Usually it depends on the situation. I used to be really, really quick to get angry. But now I've learned to sit back and relax before I loose it.
