During the week i eat a light breakfast such as cereal, waffles, bagel but on weekend i like to eat pancakes, bacon, eggs etc....

Morningstar Farms veggie sausage patties on an english muffin with cheese and potatos o'brien with frank's red hot. followed with coffee.

yum! i want to come for breakfast with all the people above! i like it all, but usually eat yogurt and fruit w/ some flax seed. sometimes oatmeal and flax.
