Cannot locate wizard files in microsoft works task launcher?

Question

error message says files may be lost or corrupt. Run setup again to reinstall files. i have no disc to reinstall.

Go to
> WINDOWS
> FOLDER OPTIONS
> VIEW
> FILES & FOLDERS
> Click box for SHOW HIDDEN FILES

If that doesn't show then goto

> START
> PROGRAMS
> ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS
> SERVICES
Check to see is Macro is diabled
