"Charitable Contrabutions"
National Legal & Policy Ctr (owns 54 shares) submitting resolution:

RESOLVED: The shareholders request PepsiCO provide a report updated semi-annually, omitting proprietary information & at at reasonalbe cost, disclosing the Companies:

1. Policies and procedures for charitable contributions (direct & indirect) mad with corporate assets;

2. Monetary and non-monatary contributions made to non-profit organizations operating under Section 501(c)(3) & 501 (c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, and any other public or private charitable organizations;

3. Rationale for each of the charitable contributions;

To the extent reasonalbe and permissable, the reprot may include the type of information requested above for the PepsiCO Foundation.

This report may be posted on the company's website to reduce costs to shareholders.

I would vote yes as it requires the company to more accountable concerning how they spend their money. If you get everything else via the net then I would vote yes for that too.

I would vote "no". The cost of creating such materials is too high and it really does not create any value.

This is also asking this to be done for the PepsiCo foundation, which is only a small, related entitty to PepsiCo.
