There is going to be something good and bad about every city. Check out the demographics on line on any city you are interested in. Every city has crime, some more than others, also families, churches, and parks, some more than others. They all have cultural activities, some more than others. What are you looking for? There is education, drugs, drunk drivers along with night life, family activities,etc. None are perfect, none are all bad.
