Simplify the expression into lowest terms....

(-14m^2n)/(7m^2)

First: simplify the coefficients.

-14/7 = -2

Now, you have.... (-2m^2n)/(m^2)

Sec: simplify the "m" variables; when your dividing the same variables, subtract exponents.

m^(2-2) = m^0
= 1

...and the final result is...

- 2n
