If you've got the coin to pay the difference, sure. If you want to take out a loan from the dealership with out a cosigner, then you are SOL.

I have heard of this but I think it depends on the car lot..... the person I know of used to work with me then got fired, moved to atlanta drew unemployment and bought a mustang with the money.... so I assume its possible.

Sure, as long as you are paying cash for the car you are trading it for. If you are looking to finance a new car without a job, forget it.

You won't get financing without a job, and trading your car in doesn't really help you out, you are much better off, selling privately.
