Gulfstream, if you see a Citation X go by you...wave. Amazing on here with all saying the scientific proof of Global Warming. Polar Bears just dying as they float out to sea on an old ice berg (by the way, Al's polar bear picture, was a cropped pic. AKA a lie) as all of his Carbon Offset Bunko..nice scam he has going, Buying his carbon offset's from himself and company
I e-mailed several carbon offset bunko scheme companies and ask about carbon offsets for my A/C. You know what? For only $249.00 a month, they would continue to let me use A/C in the same manner as it's used now. WOW
Forgot, in return, they would send me a $5.00 curly cue light bulb, a little emblem I could place on refrig and plant a tree for me. One small problem with the tree, would take it 20 years to do anything good and that wouldn't be much
They would also cover my cat for $6.00 a year (from farting) I've yet to figure out how they are gonna do that one..and for $10 bucks a year I could get ole granny's farting covered. That could prove to be an even tougher job to do than covering bullethead the cat and his gastric passes.
So, let's see, you folks have scientific proof for the Mayhem that'sgoing to hit us. As the inventer of the internet...Mr. Al Gore said "Its a consensus." SCIENCE is not a CONSENSUS!

Here's the plain facts about Global Warming.
It is true that the general planetary temperature has risen about eight-tenths of one degree in the past 100 years. However, both Soviet scientists and NASA are now discovering that Global Warming is also occurring on Mars, Jupiter, and other planets. The reason is simple: the sun doesn't emit a completely constant amount of solar radiation. There are fluctuations across the millennia. However, they expect GLOBAL COOLING by 2012.
You know those Alpine glaciers the alarmists are pointing to? In Roman times, they were probably smaller than they are today.
Starting around 780 AD, Greenland was so warm that the Vikings raised livestock, and grew a variety of crops. This shows how climate changes without regard to human intervention.
The popular media is to blame for kids' perceptions of the world. South Park just had an episode on Global Warming, and of course kids eat this sort of thing up.
Luckily, there is hope. Just yesterday, I overheard two teenage girls arguing about global warming. One of them said, "I don't care what Barbra Streisand thinks about global warming........ I'm waiting to hear what Celine Dion has to say about it." ***
*** ok, that last part was just a joke :)

It's amazing that so many people are resorting to name-calling over this topic.
Global warming has very little, if anything, to do with man. The sun is currently going through its super-nova! Guess what....it's getting more violent and hotter!
But if people prefer to think they are so self-important to think they can actually affect a living, breathing planet....well look to the BIG polution problems. But that would mean doing away with all those lovely power plants that burn fossil fuels so they can have electricity!

Don't be fooled by the above answers.
Global warming is real....but....it is not being caused by humans. The earth itself is heating up from the inside out.
Mars is experiencing the same changes.
We are exiting the era of Pisces and entering the age of Aquarius. The sun will reach it's solstice and our solar system will align itself with the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. The gravitational pull will increase the flow and activity of the molten lava underneath the earth's surface.
Get ready for more severe earthquakes. We may even experience a "Pole Shift" on Dec 22, 2012.

The reason why so many kids are protesting about 'Global Warming' is because many TV Shows are bringing the topic up. For example, like 'South Park'. I happen to like the show, and I watch it quite often, but because 'South Park' gives so much evidence to support the main topic of the episode, kids start to become aware of it and believe it. For example, they had an argument over the 'South Park' episode, 'Conspiracy of 9/11', as well as the new episode about 'Global Warming' that aired last Wednesday.
Mainly, what I'm trying to say is that TV has given children the important ideas about our World today. I'm not saying TV is good, nor I'm saying it's bad, but it's good that children are becoming aware of our enviorement, as well as our society!
P.S. 'Global Warming' is happening in our Earth today, as you can tell by the paragraph above, but you're to clueless to even figure that out! Here's a small list to support my comment:
[x] Alaska has lost much land [ice] since 1984.
[x] Polar Bears are starting to die.
[x] Temperatures have increased all across the U.S, and the world!
[x] The ocean levels [ranges] have increased very much in the past few years.
What do you think of 'Global Warming' now?

I am actually working (as I have been for YEARS before Gore made a movie) to reduce Global Warming....
Have you ever heard of the Flat Earth Society... I think you should join...
It may be true that some educated children are protesting... but their equally educated parents are the ones who recycle, drive hybrids and are now looking into buying solar panels...
You don't have to do your part - this is afterall, America, home of the brave and often stupid....

Not to mention rich people who live in huge homes (using lots of electricity) and drive gas guzzling vehicles putting off pollutants and use a lot of chemicals to look pretty or eternally young.

Global warming is a fact. It is about climate change. NOT that the weather will be hotter all the time. Read the scientific data and draw your own conclusions - if you have the capacity of cognitive thought process to even understand it.
By the way, are you a child molesting pervert to even know for a fact these children are too young to have pubes? You disgust me.
