I can never understand some of these things, why tan, what is wrong with your colour (though I noticed that during winters the skins become too pale-with blue and green veins, and capillary networks showing)? Some of the tans I see really leave alot to be desired. Shiny orange/bronze grilled chicken/turkey skin appearances. I am not an expert, but I speak from what I have observed.

Self-tanning PILLS? None work, if you want a tan you'll have to go into the sunlight, go to a tanning salon, or use some fake and bake spray stuff.

Don't know of any, and wouldn't use them if I did.

I use L'Oreal's new Sublime Glow Moisturizer + Natural Skin Tone Enhancer. It comes in either Fair or Medium Skin Tones. It gradually "tans" your skin and I've discovered is a great moisturizer.

I love it. It also looks natural.

Mary Kay has a great self tanner. (I also call it fake n bake, LOL.) I always apply a moisturize after a shower, let it soak in for a few minutes then apply the self tanner evenly. Use the lighter tones first to see if you like it. Be sure to use less on your knees, ankles and elbows. Hope this helps.

Get your tan the healthy way - out of a bottle. There are a lot of good ones out there and it's safe.
If you can afford it, try a spa and get it sprayed on.
