It depends on your body type. Your best bet would be to ask your doctor. BMI scales are not always accurate - some people have a lot of muscle mass or larger frames than others. Your doctor would be able to tell you.

Height (Feet Inches)-- 5'3". Your weight is perfect now, you dont have to worry.
(weight in Pounds)
Small Frame-- 111-124
Medium Frame-- 121-135
Large Frame-- 131-147

You can only figure that out by figuring out your BMI. To do that, I'd need your age, along with your weight and height. go to this site, it will tell you if you are at a healthy weight or not.

it depends on your body frame. but normally it's about 115-125 is you have a small frame. and that's an extra small frame! you need to be able to look at yourself an see that you're healthy- not a number on the scale
