The Nazis were extreme right wing militants. They favored big corporations and financiers and eliminated independent trade unions. Their archenemies within Germany were the communists. After taking power the Nazis put left-wing party leaders, communists and trade union leaders into concentration camps and/or murdered them.
The Nazis also established the Reich Protestant Church and elected a Reich’s Bishop. The German Christians had supported the Nazis in the elections, as had several major German industrialists. The Nazis also preached racial superiority, were anti-homosexuals and “modern” art. Their basic doctrine regarding women was that a woman’s place was “Kinder, Kirche, Kuche” – children, church and kitchen.
The communists of course did not share the same beliefs. They naturally had a totally different basic economic and social belief and emphasized ownership by the workers. They did not believe in favoring big corporations and financiers, did not believe in establishing state religions, did not believe that women should be out of the workforce, didn’t preach racial superiority, etc.

In my opinion, there was not too much difference between Stalin's Russian and the Nazi's. The government of Nazi Germany was a fascist, totalitarian state. Totalitarian regimes, in contrast to a dictatorship, establish complete political, social, and cultural control over their subjects, and are usually headed by a charismatic leader. Fascism is a form of right-wing totalitarianism which emphasizes the subordination of the individual to advance the interests of the state. Nazi fascism's ideology included a racial theory which denigrated "non-Aryans," extreme nationalism which called for the unification of all German-speaking peoples, the use of private paramilitary organizations to stifle dissent and terrorize opposition, and the centralization of decision-making by, and loyalty to, a single leader. The National Socialists were concerned about the interests of the state not the interests of the people. What may have been communist and socialist on paper was really facism and totalitarism in practice.

The Nazis promised to rid Germany of the Communists, but were actually, by far, much worse than the communists were any day.
This is why the Nazis were able to pull the wool over Germany's eyes so easily.
george w. bush's grand-daddy, prescott bush helped fund hitler's rise to power and continued trading with the enemy even after the U.S. Government ordered him to stop.
That's why the bush family assets were frozen during WWII.
Actually they had nothing to do with socialism.
They were as conservative as the conservatives are today, and they condoned the use of torture too.

Socialism and communism are economic models.
Russia was a fascist state, and so was Nazi Germany. They fought over land and for control of Eastern Europe.
Their conflict had nothing to do with which economic model was better.

The reason they fought against russia during that time was because the people that Hitler had sent to the South of Russia to meet with the Bolsheviks were actually Jews. I mean they were originally intent on working with the Russians but because of the rise of Lenin they weren't able to do that.
