I was just about to give up on it when they advertised that they would not run any repeats and would finally solve the mysteries.

We found out why the pregnant girl was kidnapped at the beginning. The Others injected her with drugs that saved her baby. The island prevents any woman from having a baby.

The Australian chick was the sole exception and they wanted to know why.

Lost was a little slow moving for a while there but I'm starting to get interested again.
