NO COST SOLUTION: Run only ONE application at any time. KILL unnecessary processes.

MEDIUM COST SOLUTION: Add more RAM.

COSTLY SOLUTION: Buy a NEW PC.

Be more specific... What is telling you that you have only 3% memory?? Are you refering to memory or capacity (storage of files/programs)??

memory or harddrive space ... install another drive and move some stuff to it or mirror ur system to the new larger drive ...
