I know you can buy them on E Bay....but the cartoons they show on the cartoon network...are lame

The golden age of cartoons was back in the days of Looney Tunes, when Tex Avery and the rest of the Termite Terrace crowd ran the show. More recently, the silver age of cartoons was in the early '90s, with high-quality writing and animation like Animaniacs and Tiny Toon Adventures.

Cartoons redeemed themselves once, I'm sure they can do it again.

I know what you mean but theres a channel called Boomerang that has all those old Cartoons (Yeah the only show I like on cartoon network now is Fosters Home For Imaginary Friends lol.)

Yea everything they show now is freakin LAME it use to be actually worth getting up on sat. morning to watch cartoons. But now it's just crappy no substance and lack of creativeness. Looney Tunes I liked but were not my fav. but still i know what u mean today all the cartoon shows are freakin crappy.

Oh how I agree, sounds like we are about the same age. Sometimes in mid morning I have seen them on tv. But I too miss the old cartoons. Let me know if you find out when they are on, thanks:)
