The UN couldn't tell their @$$ from their elbow!

The UN has no guts! They'll just issue worthless sanctions that they will fail in enforce and the atrocities will continue to occur. That's why we are in Iraq and Afghanistan, because the UN refuses to do what needs to be done!

And why shouldn't we be interested?
There are more important issues to fight for than oil fields!

What a more noble cause is there than keeping an entire group of people from being whipped off the face of the earth!

Not to mention, the Sudan government gets their money from the sale of weapons and drugs to buyers around the world, and the theft of charitable funds meant to go to feed the people!

But of course Biden just wants to distract us from the war in Iraq. So unfortunately this sentiment smacks of political maneuvering rather than a genuine desire to help the innocent!

It is interresting that Sen. Biden wants us out of Iraq because it is a civil war and we shouldn't be interferring. Darfur is also a civil war-so why would he be pushing so hard for our involvement. Sounds like politics as usual in an attempt to get votes to me.

It doesn't matter what he wants. The fact of the matter is that all the US soldiers have accomplished is coming home in coffins. The US should have been pulled out a long time ago!
