I would like to apply for passport presently I am in hyderabad and my native place is other then hyderabad it away from hyd(near 200km) I have no address proof and I will not stay our native place morethen two days. in these situation how can I get a passport?

Since you have no address proof in Hyderabad, the best way is apply in your native place. The authorities will send for verification inquiry to the nearby police station. Arrange with your family members to inform you the date and time of verification accordingly and you can be there on that exact date. I hope it will workout.

Have you been staying in Hyderabad more than 6 months
any kind of proof like telephone bills, Institute fees payment any kind of bills do help.

You are allowed to submit your application on these conditions.

I got my kids passport by giving them proof that they are studying in ........school

I think your passport Office is near Mehdipatnam if I am not mistaken

Without an address proof it will not be possible to get the passport.
