he probably can't wait for warm weather to come or he thinks a wet lawn will recover faster then a dry one from the lawnmower

Yes, he's nuts. Do we live in the same neighborhood? The nutcase next door mows his little lawn everday at all hours. In my old neighborhood last year a guy shot his neighbor for mowing all the time....don't do that.......
