time to up grade, the linoleum if its old, had a coat of wax and they covered it with plastic, over the years the coat of clear has come up, and you get yellow looking stains, due to that's what old wax does, if you strip it, you can have a mess. get some tile stick on flooring its not too expensive, place it on top of your linoleum. Doesn't hurt it, your floor will look bran new, knee pads, and Zibo knife, ruler, and a cutting board, done dill. oh, measuring tape.

Impossible. The yellow stains come from the nails in the floor underneath that have popped up somewhat. You could try some bleach, but I have, and it doesn't work.
