It used to run for two consecutive weekends in July, with free busses from Mission Beach to Fiesta Island. It was boobs, butts and beer, with scarcely any inhibitions making it past mid-morning. Sponsored by OMBAC, there were teams playing all day long, but I don't remember ever watching even one in its entireity, cause the chicks were all so hot and friendly-like.
Is it still going on, and if so, is it possibly still as wild, bawdy and decadent as I remember?

yes its there, but the whole fun is sucked out of it since the passing of the 80s. No more after parties behind the pennant in smb and diegos happy hour bathroom wash up & disco is long gone

The 54th annual Over the line tournament will be held this year on Fiesta Island on July14-15 and the following week on July 21-22. According to OMBAC's website, it's "Beers, Babes and Bats in the sand." The parking and transport schedules have changed a bit. For the changes go to www.ombac.org.
