Paramedic. They save more lives.

firefighter and paramedic frequently go together, but in areas where they are seperate, I'd choose medic. More to the point I did choose medic. I started as a firefighter and was then trained as a medic. I find being a medic to be much more rewarding. In my area it's pretty rare to actually put out a real fire. Mainly I dealt with small brush fires and auto accidents. As a medic I feel like I have much more of an impact on people's lives.

Paramedic. Cops are uneducated/disrespectful pigs. I'm not down with getting burned even though a Firefighter is a very respectable job. As a paramedic you get a lot of action and get to save peoples lives for a living

Kinda already chose Firefighter but my reasoning behind it...

Cops get no respect and are usually dealing with fairly unhappy people...
Paramedics wouldnt be bad, you get to save lives but there's not that much of an adrinaline rush behind it...
Firefighters is where you recieve all 3... You get absolutly no respect from cops, you get to save lives on fires or medical calls such as paramedics, plus the advantage of the biggest adrinaline rush you could ever imagine.

Take this into consideration, most of the firemen in my dept are qualified paramedics so they get the best of both

I would definitley choose the cop. All of the above sounds a little dangerous but they all definitley gave a purpose! I think I would like to be a cop the best because I have always found criminal law very interesting.

Paramedic (since I'm already qualified) All I'd need is a refresher course to get updated on procedures.
