Northwestern U does not offer undergraduate business.
UIC undergrad finance is ranked 22 and grad finance 19.
DePaul has a decent finance program as well.

Northwestern is a private college and it's probably the most known (I'm even thinking about going there for Journalism). Research the colleges, visit them, and ask questions. Remember, don't let anyone influence you on your choice--- choose a college that you'll love!
