Low Cramps for 10 days what could it be?

I have had low cramps for over 10 days. About 2 inches below my belly button. Sorta like AF cramps but different. Period is 2 days late and neg. test. I have no other symptoms, doesnt burn while I pee either. We did have an accident 3 days before ovulation. Super confused any ideas? (I'm married w/ 2 kids allready)

I will be going to my doctor on monday for a checkup.

Could be an infection (some kinds of infections depending on the location can cause cramping such as with a cervical infection).

The dr will help you to try and figure out what is going on. I hope all goes well with the appt on Mon.
