I have two oscars that I have had for almost a year, I had to put them in their own 75gal aquariums because one was being a bully to the other, they are not grow as fast as I would think they should be, am I just expecting to much? One is an Albino and the other is black and red, they were about an inch long when I got them and they are about four inches long or so now. Is this about right, how long does it take for them to get large?

1" to 4" in a year isn't bad. Some grow more quickly, but I wouldn't worry about that. It can take several years for them to get to full size. The more water changes you make and the more varied their diet, the faster they will grow as a general rule.

Actualy thats pretty good. Oscars grow around 4 inches a year when they are juvenile. If you want them to grow faster, try supplementing their diet. Feed them with the following
1-blood worms
2-shrimp
3-pellets
4-live food
If you feed them 10 goldfish once a week they will grow huge fast. and really aggressive, but remember, if you feed your fish too much it will lose its aggressitivity. So give him shrimp 2 times a day in medium portions (only shrimp that day nothing else. Give him pellets the next day 2 times in medium portions and nothing else that day. Then give him blood worms (2 cubes 1 in the morning and 1 at night once again feed him nothing else) then for the rest of the week just give him whatever you want in small portions.
On Saturday feed them 10 goldfish each (the small kind)

I have had Oscars for years and I never, ever feed mine goldfish. For one thing, you are risking disease with this feeding method. And I only feed every other day. A healthy fish is a hungry fish. My fish guy has me feeding my saltwater fish only on Mon, Wed and Fri.

Oscars will eat almost anything, but I only feed mine Cichlid pellets and freeze dried krill.

General rule for Oscars is one per tank. If you want more than one, you need to have at least six and for six you need approximately 200 gal. tank. Otherwise, you will have major battles on your hands. I have tried it several times and always had to separate them.

they are fast growers but as they are young u need to make sure you do the water changes often as needed as the young fish will produce a growth hormone into the water four there own growth but it will also stunt the growth of the tank mate with them both doing this it will make it a slow process , also what are you feeding them and how often? chiclid pelts are good, but they sound Small for them blood worm and brin shrimp for now maybe and also a bit of frozen prawns de frost first but keep an eye on it they will enjoy picking on it but don't let it go bad in your tank always remove the left over bits of prawn,
i hope this helps.

Yes, does make a difference what and how often you feed them though.
