There are many. The Greek teacher, Archamedes, the roman doctor that devised methode of treatment from drugs fashioned from flora. then devised a brilliant set of surgical instruments. Each subsequet century has provided us with people of brilliance and foresight. It would seem that the almighty has put the right person in the right place at the right time to accomplish what he needed done. These events were not accidents but in accord with the plan that is for mankind. remember that the 10 commandments are a pretty good set of rules to live by.

Ron Reagan
I admire how he ran this country and played a major role in the Berlin wall coming down. He was a true leader and a great speaker. One has to wonder how this present war would have been played out if Reagan had been in charge.

I admire Mahatma Gandhi, a major political and spiritual leader of the Indian independence movement. Believed in total non-violence and telling nothing but the truth at all time. With out picking up a gun or stone to bring all people and politics together and achieve not one but all goals says something. I live by his findings and style everyday.

Abraham Lincoln. He is a man who came from humble beginnings to be the leader of his nation during the worst crisis of its history. He did not surround himself with fawning "yes-men"--his cabinet was filled with his political rivals, whom he chose because he felt that they were the most able to work in keeping the Union together. The most recent Lincoln book I've read is cited below, and is an excellent read.

If I could talk to Lincoln today, I would ask him about what he would have done differently that may have shortened the war.

Sharon Tate Polanski & her unborn son.

i admire only her beauty but i'm saddened by the way she left d world. @ 8.5 mths pregnant, she was brutally murdered after pleading n begging susan atkins to spare her unborn baby's life. tex joined susan & stabbed sharon16 times including her womb, her breast, her neck. her cheek was slashed wide open.

sitting down n talking to her of her actions would be a problem because she died on aug 8, 1969 but her death cert stated aug 9 - thats when the body was discovered.

thats when the sixties ended...

I would personally like to talk to every single person that helped create the religions that now exist. I would try to figure out why we have so many different religions.

Of course Jesus and all his apostles, Muhammad from Islam, Adam and Eve, Abraham, Moses, and all prophets.

It would be so interesting to know from first hand the words of GOD!

There are many people I admire, both living and dead. Those who defend our countries, those who put themselves in danger to save the lives of others, those who make discoveries that change lives...... but my biggest admiration is for Rosa Parks.... the African American lady who , on 1 December 1955, refused to give up her seat on the bus to a white man. What she went through, what she accomplished through that one simple action, and the enormous courage it must have taken for her to make a stand like that. I wish I were able to talk to and learn from her.
