The limit of x->0+ is the limit approaching from the positive side.

This is not the same as x->0- [it may be though] if x=0 has 2 or corresponding y values that do not equal each other.

The question usually involves some function, but if you're just starting out on the concept of limits, the answer is 0, because the limit value (of x = 0) is well-defined.
