I once did entire report on Archimedas and I laughed very much when he solved the reason to the king's golden crown mystery and was so excited that while taking a bath ran out naked. When I had a Eureka moment I jumped in the air and said EUREKA!

Eureka was a 12 hour drive and 700 miles I made several times.
I do have eureka moments too, like when I finally see the truth for what it is.

I had my Eureka moment when I realised that although my car had broken down (on the Hard Shoulder of the M1, all the family on our way on Holiday), I actually knew what to do to fix it!
I jumped up in glee, smacked my head on the fairly solid bonnet (Hood for the Americans), slipped, smacked my head again on the concrete below, knocking myself out.
When I came round, I fixed the car, then my wife drove whilst I sat in the back and felt very ill for the rest of the day!
Not the best way to start a holiday but the rest went really well.

Not as important as EUREKA was, it was a big revolution in physics science to evaluate % of mixed gold and silver in a crown. I had some small EUREKAS when I was solving some of maths or physics tasks and recently when I won 2 cases in the courts with big and important organisations. I took a deep breath.

I think it was with hot fudge at DQ. no. no. I can't really remember running anywhere naked, except that night in the bowling alley, but that wasn't the result of eurekaing. Nope can't say that I have ever eurekaed. Sorry.

Searched for a way to try and get the idea realised.
Realised that there was no way to get the idea off the ground without massive influx of money!
Put the idea to the back of my mind.
Someone else with big bucks came up with similar idea.
Had another Eureka moment.
Searched for a way to try and get the idea realised.
Realised that there was no way to get the idea off the ground without massive influx of money!
Put the idea to the back of my mind.
Am waiting for someone with big bucks to come up with similar idea.
Am going to bed!

First, much of the melting ice is on land. - Greenland in particular- so your example is not relevant. Second, some of the rise relates to the fact that water expands as it becomes warmer, so your example is not relevant..
