How do i get support for my Windows Live Messenger??

Question

My messenger is really bugging out since recently. Takes 10 mins after startup to actually show up, my display pic no longer shows on the sign-in screen. and cam requests get connected based on luck now. Is there some way to get support for this cause i dont see any way from the msn window.
And i tried reinstalling it but nothing changed. i only havent completely deleted it then installing it new yet but im afraid of losing all my emoticons and winks

Chig - Try either messenger.msn.com/help, OR help.msn.com. Hopefully they will have an answer for you.
