A Ronald Reagan-obsessed serial killer targets a bunch of hippies who are heading to a weekend-long concert. The title plays on Reagans nickname the Gipper. Looks like it is going to have some good kills in it. David Arquette, Cortney Cox, Thomas Jane and even Paul Reubans is going to be in it.
