Here's my specs right now. I just bought this computer all put together

AMD Athlon 64 3800+, 64 Bit 2.4GHz Gaming Processor

BIOSTAR GEFORCE 6100-M9 Socket 939, 4GB Max Memory, 6 Channel Audio, SATA, PCI Express, USB 2.0

1 GB DDR RAM

250GB SATA 7200RPM Serial-ATA Hard Drive with Windows XP

64mb Geforce 6100 Onboard Video

6 Channel Audio Processor

DVD Burner LITE-ON Black 18X DVD+/-R DL Burner

Network Card 10/100 LAN

Gaming Case With 450W Power Supply, Front Ports: USB and Audio Headers

The video settings for the game are on Low.

I cant drive cars or fly planes. It distorts the picture horribly, as well as my sound. After 15-20 minutes, the picture gets distorted anyway.

WHY!??!?!?!?!?!

And what should I upgrade so that I can play this game problem-free?

Thanks, Brad

The one problem I can see off the top is your video card. The minimum requirement for the game says you must have a Geforce FX 5700 or ATI Raedeon 8500 or greater chipset with 128MB of ram.

Your ram on the video is to small and I dont think the built in Geforce 6100 chipset is great.

What I would suggest is adding another 1GB of Ram to the computer and disabling the onboard video chipset and installing a new PCI Express video card like the EVGA Geforce 7300 GT. Its not top of the line but its a great card for under 100 dollars. Click on the link below to check it out.

From a gamers point, the memory is not to bad. 2 GB would be nice but the video is a MUST for gaming. As stated the 7600 GT or better would be a good card, not the 7300 GT. You need a card, end of story. Integrated graphics are not good for gaming at all.

As one said, you need a better video card, but NOT a extremely LOW-end 7300. Something more like 7600GT or better will do fine. Here's a chart to compare video cards:

Well your video card is crap. You should get a card with atleast 128mb of memory (256mb recommended). They arent that much and they will increase performance greatly.
