For example, there must have been a first person to look at an animal and say "Yummy dinner time".
When I see my fellow cows I don't think to myself "I want to eat you".....I just think they smell

Well, the cavemen were carnivores, and yes, they probably did think, "Yummy dinner time". I know, when I see cows, I don't automatically think of a big juicy steak, I think of the animal itself. I eat meat but try not to eat too much of it.
