You really should have a more balanced diet than what you've got going here. The exercise is cool.
Try this instead:
shrimp and veggies
fruit and cheese
shrimp and veggies
fruit and yogurt
fish and salad bowl

Change up the food alittle so you don't get board with eating and don't just do the tread mill and leg exercises, Work you lower body one day and then your upper body the next, keep changing up everyday. And eat healthy, You will see an improvement fast. Good Luck, if you have any questons feel free to ask.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

i don't know which meal is closest to dinner (maybe meal 4) but you need to get more protein during dinnertime. drink lots of water; it helps with whatever;it's the basic necessity of life.

Yes of course you will lose weight and you will be ill as well.
There are enough websites on here that will give dietary advice on losing weight sensibly and safely,take advantage of one and don't be silly.
