have 06 trailblazer 4.2L I currently tow a 23' trailer with it and would like to be able to get a lil more out of engine.
anyone with any successful engine tweeks?. have a cold air intake on order. no aftermarket exhaust exsists for the EXT version. Throttlebody spacer is a thought if anyone can say they have had success. Any other thoughts?

Buy a computer chip kit. It comes with a scanner to enable the download to an aftermarket selectable program that you can alter to your liking. It also lets you easily re-install the factory program when you go in for warranty work as these can void your warranty. These programs have different selectable ranges to fit your needs for performance and towing. Good luck.

You can put something called a Tornado (i'm not sure if it actually works). Try and get a highflow cat converter. Might be able to get a burnt chip for the vehicles computer but you might not pass emissions.
