They are annoying!! Sometimes the message in the email text is good so I pass it along to friends, but I always delete the "if you don't send this message to 10 friends including the person who sent it to you within the next 5 seconds, you will die" ending. I've deleted most of the ones I received without forwarding them. I'm still alive.
