you could always go into the page setups and change the dimentions of the template if you really dont want business card size. File > Page setup. should work fine, and you will still be able to print multiple copies per page.

If you open Publisher, select Blank Publications from the options in the Task Pane. There should be a blank business card there.
If you already have a business card layout selected, scroll up Blank in the Task Pane.
Once you get a blank area, feel free to search for photos or a favorite clip art.

A business card size is ideal & you just decide what goes on them.
