Say if you play a sport with a cup and the cup in the jockstrap goes on your skin how do you change into it while other people are around. Do you just take of everything and put it on. This is high school football im talkin about.

Yes, you should wear the jock against your skin and use the underwear to hold the jock in place. Yes, you should just take everything off. There is nothing to be embarrassed about. If you really don't want to though, then you could put on the jock before you go to school for the day. Or you could change in a bathroom stall. But really you should just get comfortable with your body, there is no reason to be embarrassed, and if you try to hide while changing you will just be more likely to be picked on.

I never heard of or saw anyone wearing underwear under their jocks. It's unnecessary to do that. All you need to wear is the jock. The 15 years old guys you play hockey with are uncool if they are wearing underwear with their jocks.

The years I played American football (the agressive sport) I did wear a jockstrap without any quams. - All the guys also wore this same form of protection (against the skin.) - We were mature enough to understand that we each had the same genitals. We were also CONFIDENT and we didn't really care whether the cheerleading team (girls) stood right outside the locker room door as we undressed. - They (girls) also couldn't care because they knew it was HANDS OFF.

Wouldn't bother wearing a cup for high school football. If you do you'll regret it. I played thru high school and 2 years of college and about the only person I ever saw wear a cup were a few, not many but a few, RBs. A cup is not needed for football.

You're in highschool now buddy and there is nothing wrong with gettin' naked in the locker room. Put your cup in your jockstrap, strip down and put it on, it's no big deal, it's just football. I mean don't you shower after practice anyway???
