I have 2, almost 3, cases is natioanl geographic magazines. every issue from 1900 to the mid 1990's. I've called used book stores but they wont buy them unless I name a price, and I don't know how muchh they're actually worth. They are readable and not falling apart. The only problem is mildew and that "old book" smell. Some have brown spots, probably from water damage. Not in excellent condition but is selling them worth the effort?

I would not sell them. Wait a couple more years, maybe 2010-2015, that way they will not only be about twenty years old, they will also be worth more. In my opinion it is too soon, because the person your selling them too will only have to wait 3 more years until they get the increase that you would have got if you waited.

Hope I helped.

I would wait for many more years to pass. Just think what ever they are worth now, they will be worth more in the future. If you really want to sell them check Ebay for prices tosee what they are going for on there. Good luck!

Do you have the "Ladies of Zimbowee" swim suit edition? That's the one that all the boys in the world looked at before the Playboy magazine came out.
