Senior players are being blamed now, but if the next team of youngsters ALSO perform bad then WHAT???? who will be chosen next?

I do not think that senior players will be dumped from Indian Team all of a sudden. Only the senior players who fail to perform consistently will be dropped and talented youngsters will be taken in their place. Rebuilding of any team cannot be done overnight and it should be done gradually in phased manner.
