why does my ex see me once a week, and when we do see each other ,its only at his house in be, then shines me on for another week

I had a hard time reading your question since it seems to be written by an illiterate person. Anyway, it's obvious that he's using you. You seem to have a hard time judging and deciding for yourself. Perhaps you're still dependent on him. You should pick up a new hobby instead of using your spare time to frolic with your ex-boyfriend who doesn't even bother to take you out for dinner after your weekly sex.

he is using you, if you know that there is nothing else going on outside the bedroom then put a stop to it tell him no and don't go over to his house, you have to want better for yourself you just have to realize that he doesn't have any feelings for you and that the only thing keeping him attached to you is the fact that he knows that he can easily get in between your legs....
