Bank Of America has a tenacy to give loans to illegal aliens with no identification because they believe that without them having to pay taxes on their "under the table" wages, they will have more to spend on paying back loans.

It has caused a huge controversy with alot of people, even been in the cable news recently.

Im not saying you are an illegal alien, just that perhaps you can get a loan through them as well.

Just curious.... why not just renew your working permit?

Hi Ben. Yes you can. You don't have to be a legal immigrant in order to finance a property. In fact, anyone can own and finance property in the US. One of the best programs I came across, is something called the ACORN loan program. Bank of America has this program, so you can talk to one of their reps. Also, just do a search on ACORN loan program on the web.

Good Luck

Yes, you can. You will need the actual SS card. Not just a made up number. And you'll need your IRS tax returns.
