For me, nothing in this world beats an awesome piece of fresh milk-fed veal parm with a side of pasta and a great salad with fresh italian bread!

I prefer chicken. I never have really liked veal too much. I do love chicken parm, though.

Since I found out long ago that veal was made from baby cows, I never touched it again. They're so darn cute and at least deserve to grow up. I'll go with the fully-grown chicken.

Chicken. I can't stand the way veal calves are housed and fed and not allowed free range so they won't get tough.
