I've tried looking it up and i can't find any site that can give this kind of information. I just need i because my car lighter doesn't work.

Try looking at the inside of the fuse box cover...... Manufacturers sometimes mold the diagram into the plastic cover... or there is a sticker in there for a diagram. The owners manual may also have a diagram of the fuse box.

you can try the Toyota website, or maybe going to any of the search engine sites (google, yahoo, ask.com, dogpile...etc) and going to images and typing "1991 toyota camry fuse box diagram" or maybe switching a few of the words around to where you can find what you are looking for...

It'll be a blown yellow 20 amp fuse, or green 15 amp.

Pull them one at a time and look at them.
You could have been done by now.......
