Good question, I was in the exact same position once but loved the mates & laughs I had there so stayed right up until I could take no more, now I miss the place. I had the manager sacked but never went back cos it would'nt be the same now.

no. there are plenty of places out there who will treat you with respect and dignity. places that do not do that deserve to be sued and go into bankruptcy. good luck.
